J’ai fait appel à Sous-Sols Experts Inc. pour refaire le plancher de mon garage, et je suis extrêmement satisfait du résultat. ✅ Prix très compétitifs, surtout pour un service aussi complet. ✅ Pietro prend vraiment le temps d’expliquer chaque étape du projet, comment les travaux seront réalisés, et pourquoi. C’est rassurant et professionnel. ✅ Les travaux ont été faits de façon continue, sans interruption sur plusieurs jours consécutifs, ce qui était idéal pour moi puisqu’il fallait déplacer beaucoup de choses hors du garage. ✅ Projet clé en main : il s’est occupé de tout, même de la plomberie pour l’installation des drain. Contrairement à d'autres entreprises qui me demandaient de gérer mon propre plombier et de coordonner les travaux, ici je n’avais rien à gérer — un vrai soulagement. ✅ Même un excellent service après-vente : j’avais une préoccupation concernant une infiltration d’air froid, Pietro s’est déplacé rapidement avec son équipe. Le problème n’était même pas lié à leurs travaux, mais ils l’ont quand même réglé sur place. En résumé : service 5 étoiles, communication facile et efficace, et résultat impeccable. Pietro di Benedetto and Sous-Sols Experts provided the best possible solution to my foundation problems.  The work included excavation of the rear foundation of my house, where water infiltration had begun, the construction of a reinforcing concrete wall against the existing foundation, the waterproof sealing of that new wall, the installation of a French drain and interior sump pump, and a refill of the trench with new gravel.  He also provided me with a new drain at the bottom of an exterior stairwell that solved problems I’d been having for over thirty years.  In my judgment, all of this work has been completed to a very high standard, and at exactly the price promised.  Pietro prides himself on honouring his original estimates, even though a very slow permitting process with Plateau Mont-Royal meant that his original estimate was almost a year old when the work finally began. Pietro maintains a clean and orderly work site, even in the cramped conditions of my Mile End back yard.  He laid down plywood on my lawn on the first day to keep machinery and heavy boots from damaging any exposed grass.  After two and half weeks of work my garden had taken almost no damage, and only of a minor kind to be expected.  He and his friendly crew cleaned up at the end of every day and very thoroughly at the end of the work.  He was always ready to answer questions or clarify the purpose of a stage of the project.  As his estimates indicate, he works on your project on consecutive days, although at the beginning and end of a project he naturally finishes up with the previous customer and prepares the work for the ensuing customer.  He estimated two weeks of work and the job took close to three, but that included St Jean Baptiste and Canada Day holidays and a rain day, as well as the jackhammering of bedrock he was not expecting to deal with (this did not change his price).  He and his crew often worked past 5:00 because a given stage of the work required it.  Your neighbours might like to know that he does not start before 8:30 in the morning to avoid disturbing others with machinery noise.  I should also say that Pietro was both patient and helpful as I navigated the permitting process with Plateau Mont-Royal. I was very glad that I chose Sous-Sols Experts for my foundation project.  Pietro often talks about the customer’s experience: the work has to be done well, but the customer must also have a good experience of the total project’s completion. Pietro is one of the most honest, trusting professionals that I have ever come across in my life. His work is impeccable and I cannot emphasize how pleased I am with the outcome of my newly renovated garage floor, sump pump and new drains. Pietro and his team recently did work at our property in Laval.  They  demolished the deteriorating cement gallery, stairs and walkway and proceeded to rebuild it all better and stronger than ever!
